our story

Brent and I met at a charity event in 2011. As Frank Sinatra wrote, "when the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie, that's amore...". Together we lived on the north side of Chicago for several years before moving to the suburbs with our daughter. 

We spent this time eating our way through the city and indulging in many food masterpieces. You could call us foodies or perhaps even better, connoisseurs of all things delicious! From these culinary experiences, we became very passionate about great food. 

It was not until recently that we began to dream about starting our very own mobile wood-fired pizza catering business. We decided to take a leap-of-faith and Crust Culture was born. 

We are putting our passion for delicious and quality food together to create hand-crafted, locally sourced, wood-fired pizzas. We are located in the western suburbs, however our mobile pizza oven is available everywhere!!
